Serene Atalaya is a residential development by Metrovacesa in Atalaya Park, Estepona, Málaga, Spain. It is not in Marbella municipality. Atalaya Park is close to the boundaries with Benahavís and San Pedro de Alcántara, which can explain the different area names used in marketing.
